Hi, Im Sonya with Life Essentials First Aid, I teach occupational first aid, babysitter bootcamps, lake swim lessons, water safety and leadership courses. I’m based in Nelson and travel to teach in the West Kootenays! Courses offered include WorksafeBC Occupational First Aid level 1, basic training, childcare first aid, standard first aid, healthcare practitioner, BLS and O2. Babysitter bootcamps, water safety educational practices and lake swim lessons.
