Finding the balance between having a systematic and creative mind at the same time can be a challenging goal and I\'m glad to have it as my best attribute, contributing to become myself into a problem-solving person by nature. In addition to my wide and assorted experience working in archives, libraries, law and media fields, having curiosity about the new and unknown makes me a person who embraces challenges. It has allowed me to live and work in three different countries touching many cultures and proving my ability to be a great team player - it doesn\'t matter the language, role position or work branch. My work profile is being practical, keeping interested in technological innovations, being willing to dive and explore new subject fields, valuing the individual skills of each team player as a leader and having an open mind as a team player. As a librarian, I know how to identify assertively the necessities to find the best answer and solution, and that is my mission to contribute to the world.
