With over 10 years experience working closely with Lettings agents Such as Parklane Properties, Manning Stainton, Adair Paxton, and Martin & Co to name a few, we understand the business and how it works and what is expected from us.We know through experience that some tenants, due to the fact that they have no investment in the window/door system, are less likely to treat it with any respect. They abuse the window/door safe in the knowledge that they can always complain to the landlord or agent when it becomes damaged or faulty. This leads to stress for you the landlord or agent as the tenant wastes no time at all in making your life a misery with constant phone calls and complaints. We appreciate that landlords need to keep costs as low as possible and we will give the best advice and price based on only the work that needs doing not adding extras that are not required.At your request we will attend your property and complete a full inspection of the Issue. We will then report any faults or recommendations to you. Typically the window/door system is 5 to 10 years old and for one reason or another is no longer under any sort of guarantee. This is either because the original installer is no longer trading, or is simply not interested. The main problem Landlords and Letting agents face is that the window industry has evolved in terms of design and hardware a nd the original hardware is increasingly difficult to source, on top of this it is difficult to find anyone to help with this search, as taken individually these repairs are awkward small and time consuming.
