This role is telephone based dealing with inbound customers and all aspects of their policies. Initially this role was for Bank Packaged Travel insurance which was then supplemented with Pet insurance. These were Sales, Service and Retention customer giving me a wide variety of challenges. During February 2016 I was given the opportunity to move to Home Insurance Sales team given my prior performance. I have excelled in this role consistently exceeding targets and KPIs. In addition to my normal role I have also he the opportunity to manage performance for the department and cover a team of my own bith of which have had excellent results.
