I specialize in recruiting back-end java developers from a variety of backgrounds and level of experience staffing them primarily within the big banks in Canada. I have also worked on master\'s thesis titled An Exploration of the Relationship Between Vertical Development and Value Perception Among North American Commercial Sport Leaders. This is the first study of it\'s kind to examine the relationship between North American commercial sport leaders level of vertical development and their perception of values within their leadership. In June 2022 I presented my thesis work at the North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM) conference, in Atlanta, Georgia sharing the preliminary relationship between higher levels of vertical development and a more complex understanding and use of values in leadership.
