I was a technical recruiter at TEKsystems. I helped technical professionals identify positions that are aligned with their skills and experience within the IT field. I developed recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools. I evaluated candidates through screening and interviews ie. reference checks and online assessments. After placement, I managed and maintained relationships with technical professionals on assignment, and maintained that relationship once their assignment finished. I also networked in the local market to gain account insight and build relationships with technical professionals.
