I currently manage a high-performing lettings portfolio across multiple key UK regions, overseeing up to 600 student and residential units directly within a business portfolio of over 1,200+ properties. My role is fully end-to-end, involving everything from initial enquiry management to finalising tenancy agreements and acting as the central point of contact throughout the tenant journey.Key Responsibilities: • Handling and converting inbound leads with a strategic approach to tenant qualification, CRM tracking, and high-volume communication. • Conducting and organising virtual video tours via WhatsApp as well as scheduling in-person viewings for site managers, followed by detailed feedback collection and follow-ups to secure bookings. • Uploading and managing all tenant documentation and contracts within the CRM system to ensure smooth referencing and compliance. • Creating and executing AST and PRT tenancy agreements, adapting based on regional requirements and maintaining full legal compliance. • Maintaining strong tenant relationships through WhatsApp and email, offering real-time support and assistance from enquiry to move-in. • Serving as the main point of contact for all lettings enquiries across multiple sites and regions.
