As Head of Digital Content, I am responsible for creating and leading the digital strategy for Fix Radio. I manage and oversee the digital team to grow our online audience and subsequently increase the listenership of Fix Radio.My day-to-day role consists of creating engaging and rewarding online content, across social media, online and our other digital offerings. I work closely with the on-air team to visualise their on-air content and lead planning and strategy meetings to allow us to create bespoke and innovative digital projects. Working closely with the commercial team, I ensure that our commercial digital products align with the station\'s overall digital strategy.
