ABOUT LUIS F. CINTRÓN

A Professional Engineer with more than twenty years in the Construction Management industry, with passion for challenging business endeavors, and driven by a high standard for ethical values, quality, and clients\' expectations. Luis currently serves as Manager for HKA Global, Inc. Prior to HKA, he was a Director for Ankura Consulting Group\'s Global Construction Practice, to help clients manage, solve and avoid complex issues, disputes and risks as it relates to the construction industry. Luis has also served pro-bono since 2013 as Chair to the Board of Directors of Peninsula Housing Investment Associates, which offers quality, low-income rental opportunities to under-served communities in San Juan, PR. Luis has held multiple management and leadership roles, both in the public and private sector. He served as Executive Director for Peninsula de Cantera Project from April 2013 to January 2018, where he was appointed to direct, plan and execute state public policies of the agency to ensure balanced operations, and increase social and physical capitals of the Cantera community, in San Juan, PR. Here, he also served as Project Manager from January 2010 to March 2012, overseeing the construction of multiple housing, heavy civil & infrastructure projects totaling capital investments nearly $40MM. Previously, from 2005 to 2009, Luis had different management positions with Ferrovial Agroman, S.A,(BMAD: FER) as Project Manager and Procter & Gamble Commercial Co.(NYSE: PG) as Process Reliability Manager. Luis maintains Professional Engineering Licensure in various States, is PMP®-certified, and is actively pursuing Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus.
