Operating within WPP’s Enterprise Technology function, my role provides strategic communications support to the WPP CIO and Enterprise Technology Leadership Team, shaping how technology strategy, digital transformation and change are communicated across the function and to a global workforce of colleagues. It leads the planning and delivery of global technology communications, including communications strategy, channel management, leadership messaging, events and colleague engagement, translating complex technology and transformation programmes into clear, accessible and actionable messages. The role brings together data-led insight, communications analytics, change and adoption management, and employee engagement, working closely with senior leaders, programme teams and other communications teams to ensure messages are consistent, aligned to business priorities and effective at scale.
