More than ever, data is crucial to successfully navigating the world. I have found my passion in using data to help inform decisions and create better outcomes.I work with an impressive team at Gravie, a healthcare benefits startup, to reinvent the traditional benefits experience to better work for the consumer. We utilize data-driven decision making to innovate and improve a new benefits experience, while always keeping the everyday person front of mind. In June 2018 I graduated from Lawrence University as an Economics and Government double major. My learning experience went far beyond the classroom, as I further developed my skills in leadership, communication, empathy, and so much more. Lawrence was a transformational experience and gave me many unique opportunities to grow. I left campus with a life-long love for learning, understanding others, and improving the world around me. Whatever I am doing in life, the most important thing is to be making a positive difference for others.
