Act as the principle between the Customer, QA, and Dev Teams by writing user stories, documenting technical functions and how these solve business problems for non-technical audiences, and leading stakeholders’ business and technical workshops. I support commercial teams during pre-sales and consulting discussions, clear any dependency or blocker, and develop a solution strategy. I lead on designing and implementing change management strategies to business processes and systems to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and drive growth across UKI (40%), EMEA (40%), and Global (20%) regionsIn more details- end to end delivery experience from requirements gathering through to implementation- business and technical workshops to effectively gather customer requirements- stakeholders meetings and workshops to achieve project\'s objectives- aligning business requirements with visual aids (data mapping, solution overview)- develop comprehensive project plans, factoring in timelines, budgets, and resources- write high-quality artefacts and documentation (such as SoW, IA, SD, ICD, LLD, HLD)- manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions- handle agile tools (e.g. Jira) and project management tools- write user stories in Jira for development team, collaborate with cross-functional teams- full SDLC using Waterfall and Agile methods such as Scrum, and frameworks such as Kanban- experience with technologies in dev based environments (REST API\'s, JSON payloads, HTML, Web Hooks)- work with a variety of multinational and multi-billion dollar corporations in different industries- manage customer projects across UKI (40%), EMEA (40%), and Global (20%) regions
