Educates on the value of building a diverse workforce, embedding inclusive and respectful behaviors, and identifying and correcting inequitable processes and practices. Provides strategic consultation to key stakeholder groups and collaborates effectively across the enterprise to deliver and execute the inclusion strategy. As a member of the Inclusion Council, ensures clear integration of decisions through effective communication of best practices and internal priorities, and facilitation of purposeful discussion with key stakeholder groups.
