CDW Canada is a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, a Fortune 200 company listed on Nasdaq with multi-national capabilities based in Chicago.On the Products side, I am involved in contract negotiation for resale of hardware, Cloud-based software, SaaS and other subscription offerings from IT distributors and OEMs. These include hyperscaler agreements (Azure, AWS and Google), STaaS (HPE Greenlake, Dell Apex, NetApp), DaaS terms, and AI tools. On the Services side, I work with the Professional and Managed Services teams to negotiate MSAs, Statements of Work and license agreements with cybersecurity platforms and tools. On the Sales side, I support the RFP response teams and negotiate Statements of Work for large enterprise and public sector customer projects.
