S. Florida Real Estate agent with extensive experience assisting buyers and sellers of real estate. I worked as a Business Developer for MCZ Development Inc. in the sales center of Parc Central Condominiums in Aventura, Florida. Later I worked for Sunvest Communities Inc, managing and developing new business and maintaining existing accounts. I developed close business relationships with local and international realtors presenting the advantages of selling/buying the condo-conversions of Sunvest Communities. The sources of acquiring investment properties was affected by the 20••••11 recession, new opportunities were offered. I continued to work helping interested in the buying and flipping of residential properties. Soon Investors were not only purchasing residential properties but also bank owned commercial properties, also properties offered in the “sub-market”. Searching for assets in the submarkets became her main focus, the types of properties included were hotels, residential multifamily buildings, land and Shopping Centers. From acquiring bank owned properties for an Investment Fund to arranging financial analyses and feasibility studies of potential possessions was the daily job. Few years later became a seller’s market, the demand was and is larger than the supply. I started to work for Property Solutions Serivces LLC, where financial solutions were offered to owners of real estate close to lose their properties, also acquiring real estate by contacting homeowners regarding their properties scheduled for tax deed auctions or bank foreclosure. Reviewing online status of property title, liens, pending mortgages, judgments, violations, etc. Coordinating with closing company the transfer of the deeds. Today, my work continues, doing the same but also working directly in the purchased of business to assist foreign investors with their investment visas.
