I’ve been a leader in large retail and consumer services organizations challenged to innovate and transform. I love to operationalize and deliver value on what seem like daunting strategy and goals.I prioritize - Creating alignment both up and down and across departments throughout the organization- Building and enabling high-performing teams- Deploying a highly analytical and methodical approach to innovating, solving, and executing- Striking the right balance of agility and bureaucracy, based on the organization’s maturity and riskI have been fortunate to have held leadership positions in operations, accounting, finance, and technology. My hands-on understanding of the operations, challenges, and perspectives of the teams throughout the organization allow me to be more impactful in bringing diverse teams together to deliver on company goals.I have enjoyed my roles, actually found them a lot of fun – the continuous learning, the camaraderie we’ve built around the challenge of personal and organizational growth, the many accomplishments that we didn’t know were possible, fire me up each new day.If someone were to describe me, it would be as highly analytical, willing to lead on any endeavor, value driven, a huge advocate for my team, and as someone who delivers.I am looking for a role where I can lead transformation or strategic realization, with an eye toward eventually adding the development of enterprise strategy to my skillset.
