Responsible for relationships with key partners so that they get the best from our solutions and delight their clients.\\\\n• Specialist in developing mutually beneficial partnerships with qualified distributors, technology partners, other companies and occasionally ISV’s, VAR’s, and resellers that are key to the success of Ergonomic Solutions.\\\\n• Ensure our range of products work seamlessly with their products for cross sell and upsell.\\\\n• Ensuring that the sales opportunities are handled by the right people to efficiently engage and get the advice and support they need to get their solutions in place.\\\\n• Mentoring the team to ensure they make the best of the partners we have onboard.\\\\n• Attending events and conventions to represent the Ergonomic Solutions brand and support our partners to engage their clients with value-added solutions.\\\\n• Business networking to build on existing and develop new relationships and value for my network.\\\\n• Help to set product strategy for the products that are technology partners.\\\\n• Arranging internal processes, contracts and ensuring the smooth operations and excellent customer care we are known for.\\\\n• Establishing new ways of working internally and with our partners so that we are operating as efficiently as possible.\\\\n• Sharing my experience to help others to overcome challenges, address problems and move forward as quickly as possible.
