I work in Operations & Client Engagement at Bellrock Technology, covering the day-to-day running of the business, finances, and helping customers through every stage of their data and AI journey, from conversations to outcomes.Before tech, I took the clinical route: I started in the Radiotherapy Physics Planning department, completed a Master’s in Obstetric Ultrasound, and spent over a decade in the NHS as a Band 7 Sonographer specialising in obstetrics. High-stakes, people-centred work that taught me accuracy, empathy and clear, calm communication.Alongside that, I built Silbr, a bespoke jewellery business I have run for over 15 years. Designing with clients, managing suppliers, handmaking pieces and delivering to deadline. That mix of scientific rigour and hands-on delivery is what I bring to my role today.
