Managing the Fit-Out & Relocation of Vline’s \'F-Gate\' Rail Maintenance Depot.As part of the West Gate Tunnel Project, VLine are relocating its Maintenance Operations to a new Sqm site. I am responsible for the relocation of 4 structures, plant, machinery, spares, all assets, as well as the decommissioning of old Assets. Responsible for initial SoW, Risk Workshops, design review, project scheduling and forecasting, through to Build, Defects, Operational Readiness, Integration, Testing & site acceptance, to project closure
