ABOUT LES BOGGIA

I am a confident, open and pragmatic leader with experience in the leadership and management of major change, transformation and rescuing failing programmes. I have excellent communication skills and a personable character which allow me to effectively lead and manage staff as well as forging strong and open relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels. I am not shy in making difficult or unpopular decisions, although I prefer a collaborative approach and use my personable character to negotiate and influence both up and down. I am approachable, inclusive and lead from the front, personally demonstrating behaviours I expect to see from my team and ensuring we all work together to deliver desired outcomes whilst managing risk and interdependencies. I am proficient in the implementation of new technology and the associated business change required to support this, along with the full lifecycle covering design and delivery, testing through to implementation and release management, and on into operational acceptance including any associated or supporting supplier and contract negotiation required. I have experience in multiple different industries with associated varied regulatory compliance, along with internal and external stakeholder and client management up to Managing Director and CIO/CEO level. I adapt quickly in new, demanding and ever-changing environments and enjoy the management and demands of complex and difficult situations/programmes which test my excellent problem-solving skills, and keenness for a challenge.
