Did you know that the original lighthouses used mirrors and light to cast their beacon in every direction? I\'m like a modern version of that guiding light, but a lot more mobile. Not only do I meet my teams where they are — I join them in the mud and have their backs as they overcome obstacles to navigate effectively to their destination. By reflecting their strengths, I amplify those assets to achieve remarkable results. This is just part of how I am a beacon for sustainable change management. My approach is rooted in my accreditation as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and extensive experience adapting principles to diverse situations. From managing budgets, to adjusting schedules, to tackling the ever-present scope creep, I handle these challenges with meticulous attention and a strategic mindset. In the realm of & , I shape effective policy and governance structures by fostering collaborative relationships and leveraging my diplomatic communication skills. My proactive ensures that every component comes together seamlessly, providing clarity and focus to projects and stakeholder relationships. By advocating for solutions-oriented accountability, I inspire my teams to excel.
