My job is: industrialization and co-design new products optimized to die casting, molds design, simulation and molds construction. I work in AEC lighting. I am the technical director for molds, foundry and plastic molding. In my company the general director entrusted me the realization of a big department of mold design and manufacturing.(Diecasting, plastic,sheet metal). Before 2013, I worked in a tecnical department of the foundry. My experience is : Director for tool design and simulator, industrialization components for the automotive industry ISO TS16949 and lighting. Resolving problems in foundry,molds maintenance. Continuous improvement of technologies and industrial process of foundry.
