Implemented planning and production control systems, resulting in a significant improvement in customer service levels—from 37% to 84% within one year.Documentary and On-Site Audits: Supervision of inventory and invoicing audits performed across agricultural retailers and major agribusiness channels. Improved project planning and redesigned the audit system, resulting in faster and more reliable audit processes.
