Manage software development projects of new product introductions and changes to the largest company’s product configurator; by working with the GBUs especially with Technology Services business, modeling and QA teams to ensure that the knowledge bases for HPE\'s worldwide configuration applications are delivered to Sales users/channels at launch date.Project and program manage the plan of record working with GBUs’ and knowledge engineering project teams to document scope and schedule and then managing the on-time delivery of the configuration KB releases.Act as product configuration consultant for multiple product-lines for GBU and Knowledge engineering project members.Work across BUs including supply chain, presales, operations to enable sales via bid desks and config specialists to be efficient in creating configurations.Lead configuration specifications review and implementation review meetings with GBUs and knowledge engineering project members to resolve conflicting/unclear configuration requirements.Collaborated with management teams to deliver assigned programs by developing team and individual timelines and assessing on potential roadblocks in each project/program process. Help regional configuration specialists resolve configuration issues impacting quality of customer quotes/orders.Resolve escalations on late or scope changing configuration requirements from GBUs or accelerations of schedule.Created synergy within product and services modeling through creation of services enablement projects based on Watson coding standards.Helped expanding value and breadth of Technology Services offerings through inclusion of new NGCE based configurators.Gain ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.Strengthen leadership, written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills.
