I am a Real Estate Professional with a strong focus on strategy consulting, business development, and growth advisory. At VELLOWS, I advise clients on complex real estate challenges while also contributing to the development of new business areas that strengthen our strategic positioning. My motivation lies in shaping the future of real estate by driving progress, challenging the status quo, and delivering solutions that create real value. Combining financial expertise with technical understanding, I help clients turn strategic ambitions into actionable results that strengthen both their projects and their organisations. I bring experience in aligning diverse international stakeholders and managing complex real estate projects with clarity and precision. My background includes profound expertise in the data centre industry, where I have supported the strategic development of projects and companies across the DACH region. Beyond project work, I maintain a strong presence in the real estate community. I am actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) or Akka Nordics, a venture capital company, continuously broadening my perspective and building connections across industries.
