ABOUT LEONA GRIFFITHS CERTRR

I have 24 years of experience in providing excellent customer service in various sectors, ranging from entertainment to recruitment. I started my career as a member of an entertainment team, where I learned how to engage and delight customers with various activities and events. I then progressed to become a pub duty manager, where I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also gained experience in car sales as a business manager, where I negotiated deals, handled contracts, and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers. I then switched to the hospitality industry, where I worked as a duty manager in an al a carte restaurant, where I supervised the front-of-house staff, handled reservations, and ensured high standards of food and service. I also have experience in debt recovery and tele sales, where I used my communication and persuasion skills to collect payments and sell products such as gas, electric, and milk. Currently, I am a business support manager and a professional services trainer, where I provide administrative and operational support to the business, as well as deliver training courses to staff and clients. I have achieved my level 2 recruitment resourcer apprenticeship, my level 3 safeguarding certificate, and my level 3 AET training. I am passionate about customer service and always strive to exceed expectations.
