Founder of Tapari, a brand of eco-friendly, disposable plates and bowls made from Sal leaves. Since 2018, Tapari has grown to sell over dishes per month, supplying businesses across the world. Our mission is to provide a sustainable alternative to single-use plastic and paper which serves the world better as it does not involve the cutting of trees. Co-founded the Boat Cafe at Gloucester Docks, providing a unique, cozy experience for visitors with great coffee and food.
