Continuing previous Product Manager role of expanding and managing the suite of existing custom cloud-based operations software, while leading the broader technical strategy for the organisation’s digital operations ecosystem. Manage technology budget and technical resourcing, oversee enterprise cloud architecture, automated workflows, and custom/low-code applications across operations, establishing a unified data platform ecosystem. Engage stakeholders, define requirements, and conduct direct quality assurance to align business/user needs with technical implementation. Manage team in AI implementation while contributing to context and prompt engineering, providing innovation leadership to establish the organisation’s first AI capabilities. Pioneer the development of custom AI-driven operations solutions, including LLM-based content optimisation systems and custom LLM/RAG research automations. Mentor a cross-functional team of in-house and outsourced data engineers and automations specialists, spanning multiple concurrent products, tools, and data pipelines.
