In my current role, I direct high-impact recruitment strategy and execute large-scale projects for the Assurance sector across Latin America. My primary focus is ensuring strategic talent acquisition, optimizing the candidate experience, and driving international talent mobility.My core responsibilities and achievements include:1. Strategic Project Management and Key Talent Acquisition: I design, direct, and execute high-volume, complex recruitment initiatives for critical areas such as financial accounting advisory, forensic investigations, climate change and sustainability, and the Audit Center of Excellence.2. Talent Leadership, Mentorship, and Development: I provide direct supervision and mentorship to two recruitment specialists, overseeing their performance and development. Additionally, I implement best practices and offer strategic guidance to cross-functional teams in Colombia and Mexico to drive professional growth and team performance.3. International Mobility and Immigration Coordination: I serve as the focal point for coordinating mobility and immigration processes related to hiring foreign talent in Mexico, ensuring regulatory compliance and a seamless transition for international new hires.4. Strategic Alignment and Stakeholder Consultation: I act as the key liaison between partners/senior executives and my team, translating business needs into cohesive recruitment strategies. I provide expert consulting to stakeholders to accurately define critical profiles that align directly with business objectives.5. Quality Assurance and Employer Branding: I uphold the highest quality standards throughout the recruitment life cycle to mitigate corporate risks. I actively strengthen our Employer Brand, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong market presence.
