ABOUT LENNY ALI
As a Graduate Engineer at DP World, I am part of the GROW Programme, a European initiative that aims to develop the next generation of leaders and innovators in the port and logistics industry. I am passionate about applying my skills to contribute to the operational excellence and sustainability of DP World\'s terminals and services. Before joining DP World, I worked as a FRACAS Engineer and Cluster Leader at ALTEN LTD, where I supported the Development and Experimental Engineering team for Rolls-Royce. I pioneered streamlined work methodologies that reduced the time spent on tasks without compromising the quality of deliverables. I liaised with various stakeholders, ranging from lifecycle engineers to technical specialists and chief engineering teams, and managed a team of 10 engineers. I am eager to learn, grow, and develop within a project management role and to continue advancing my engineering skills and competencies. I am also keen to explore new opportunities and challenges in the port and logistics sector and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams across the world.
