Lena here! I’m a serial entrepreneur who believes in vulnerability, honesty, and empowering others. This has led me to multiple passion-led ventures. ENTEPRENEURSDMV: I believe in the power of connecting with like-minded, like-hearted people who share the same vision of creating supportive and productive individuals and organizations. I believe that vulnerability is the precursor to connection, so I created a facilitated networking experience where people are at the forefront, meaning we care about who you are before we ask what they do. KUMON: I serve as the Director/Owner of the Reisterstown Kumon Learning Center, leading a team of 17 staff to help over 200 students build the skills and confidence to be successful in the modern world. I am currently working on creating and implementing systems to ensure a better student, parent and employee experience.
