I spearhead the strategy and the delivery of high impact programs to recruit and engage talented early career talent across the European region. With a renewed Global Talent Strategy and a strong focus on accelerating our Early Talent agenda, my role is to be responsible for driving the Early Career Talent strategy in Europe; creating, launching, and delivering early career hiring programs to meet our organisation’s key talent goals with a strong focus on Employer Brand, Candidate experience and Early Career Talent employee’s life cycle. I also lead our Global VIE Program (Voluntariat International en Entreprise) which sees young talents working through assignments across all our businesses globally.
