ABOUT LEIGH ANN MALLINGER

I’m a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Neurology at Boston Medical Center, where I support high-impact studies in neurocritical care alongside a team of physicians, engineers, and data scientists. Working in a fast-paced clinical setting has sharpened my ability to manage complex workflows, adapt quickly under pressure, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.Beyond technical coordination, my role has cultivated a deeper passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and promoting wellness in high-stress environments. I’ve taken initiative in building team culture—founding a departmental wellness committee and leading programming to support staff mental health and community engagement.I’m motivated by opportunities where I can combine strategic thinking, human connection, and mission-driven work. Whether it\'s optimizing a protocol, mentoring new team members, or leading cross-functional projects, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to everything I do. I’m excited to keep growing in roles that challenge me to think big, work collaboratively, and make a positive impact.
