Lead Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion communications strategy to support goals of DEI strategy, amplify diverse voices, and share Henkel’s DEI commitment and impact to its business, people and communities. Lead Corporate Citizenship communications strategy to promote programs, share community impact and stories of employee volunteerism. Facilitate transformation processes by leading change management communications for company initiatives.
