As Head of Field Operations at Gong, I lead the team that supports our GTM organization—Sales, CS, SDRs, and Partnerships—in the day-to-day execution, strategic planning, and operational rigor required to exceed targets.My team acts as the single point of contact between the field and the broader operational ecosystem.
