Post Production Supervision• Oversee deadlines and lead times for production and post-production, coordinating with production companies, sales, distribution, and other stakeholders.• Manage project completion analysis, identifying key milestones and timelines for all deliverables.• Review postproduction houses and costs for Sony Music Vision productions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and future-proofing.• Attend essential sessions (color, mix, mastering) with production teams for final deliverable authoring.• Address mastering, color, mix, and deliverable generation needs.Asset Management• Collect and review 85+ deliverables per film from production companies, including Dolby Vision, 4K SDR, and HD masters, ensuring QC standards.• Handle versioning of home entertainment masters, audio masters, digital cinema masters, and foreign language localization.• Ensure marketing materials and legal/media supply chain items comply with specifications.Remastering• Oversee catalog title remastering (e.g, SD to 4K HDR/SDR, stereo to 5.1/Atmos, etc) in collaboration with labels, talent, and producers.Technical Guidance/Future-Proofing• Set standard delivery requirements and provide technical guidance to production partners.• Identify and establish rates with external vendors for Sony Music Vision needs.• Collaborate with SME GMP on deliverable specifications for post-production partners.Project Management• Develop and manage asset management trackers for each title.• Handle trackers for delivery deadlines and technical specifications for various distribution formats.• Lead status reviews with stakeholders, addressing issues and changes.Sales/Distribution Support• Manage digital screener distribution and cinema deliverable generation for Sony Music Vision content.• Coordinate film festival and premiere asset delivery and readiness.
