With almost 20 years of experience in account management, I’m passionate about building strong, lasting partnerships that deliver real results. As Head of Client Partnerships at The Escape, I work closely with clients and colleagues to bring ideas to life - blending strategy, creativity, and technology to drive growth. My background is in email and marketing automation, and I’m a firm advocate for the power of meaningful, one-to-one customer engagement.Strong relationships, open conversations, and honest advice are at the heart of how I work. Balance matters too - at work and at home. As a working parent, my young family keeps me grounded and gives me valuable perspective.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand or an audiobook/podcast in my ears. I enjoy reading about personal development and finding practical, everyday habits that bring a sense of calm to a busy life. I also love crafting - it’s another creative outlet that helps me unwind.
