Research area of interest: Employability, Accessibility, digital learning, AI and inclusive education, promoting pedagogy and excellence in teaching. Director and Trustee of Penllergare Valley Woods, overseeing the restoration, conservation and preservation of a wonderful, magical, historical and important green community space for the people of Swansea and their visitors. The most recent post as Site Manager with responsibilities including health and safety and environmental management, human resources, facilities management, intellectual Property. Responsibility for Point of Sale Management and Development including design and collaboration with POS companies in the UK and sourcing and supply in South East Asia, as well as UK based suppliers.Previous responsibilities and roles have including Business Management for a subsidiary company with representation in Germany and Switzerland. Managing purchasing, supply, sourcing and production management. Keen focus on experiential learning and creating opportunities for students to learn, acquire and develop knowledge and skills relevant in the workplace and creating opportunities for learning that enhances and engages students through a variety of media and opportunity. I have worked across multiple sectors and am also able to provide support to third sector as I am an active Trustee and Director of a charitable trust and can bring my skills and knowledge to multiple sectors.
