Tracey is an accomplished organisational transformation leader, with the ability to foster and embed change in complex situations. She is the founder of Changeism, a Consulting company specialising in Organisational Transformation. She has considerable experience in designing and executing change management, culture, learning and communications strategies for organisational transformations, including operating model redesigns, organisational redesigns, strategy formulation and ICT implementations. Having implemented new ICT operating models, service delivery models, global IT applications, learning strategies and culture change initiatives across almost 100 countries, Tracey has a truly global perspective and experience of organisational transformation.
