Within my role I am responsible for recruitment delivery across our Advisory & Programme Delivery business unit. I work closely with the stakeholders to ensure myself and my team have a clear understanding of business requirements always ensuring we are equipped to deliver. We work proactively to ensure the best talent is introduced to the business at all times building talent pipelines for future needs.
