It focuses on injury prevention, early intervention, and fostering a culture of safety and well-being in workplaces It has over 600 staff across 9 locations in Australia Key Achievements • Delivery of the refreshed Comcare Strategy 20••••28 and transformation of corporate and enabling services, property, security, technology and people strategies to enable safe and healthy work • Build a business case to replace legacy technology and leading the implementation of ICT and Cyber Strategy to derisk and modernise the ICT environment • Developing a new workplace property strategy and plan to drive efficiencies and new ways of working • Supporting the independent self-initiated Capability Review and preparing the ground for organisational redesign • Refreshing HR strategy and operations, including delivery of a new Employee Value Proposition and Workforce Plan and People Strategy • Improving financial management and assurance, including overseeing cost recovery arrangements, supporting the Audit and Risk Committee and driving an investment strategy
