In this hands-on, intensive training program for progressive thoughtleaders, I nurtured the skills required to manage campaigns, speak effectively, and fundraise. I learned how to create startups and network with like-minded individuals working for change within the community. Through NLC, I supported and challenged policymakers in the hopes of establishing a more inclusive political and cultural landscape. My 2020 capstone on independent living for the disabled community won first place.

ABOUT LEANDRA ALI DOLSINGH

Having work experience in the nonprofit and education sectors already, I’m able to bring solid project management, communications, and teaching/training skills to help an organization thrive.
