Currently, I operationally manage a team of tech recruiters who exclusively recruit for day rate contracts in the Edinburgh area. The team specialises in multiple specialisms including, Projects & Change, Infrastructure, Development and Data. Responsibilities include- Ensuring the delivery of the team remains above target - Day to Day operational management which includes reviews of staff performance, onboarding of new starts and team performance tracking - Client engagement - Training of all new starts to the team In addition to this, I personally recruit for contract Projects and Change roles. The roles I specialise in include Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Project Managers and Business Analysts (both Public and Private sectors).

Responsibilities include- End to end recruitment for external clients including compliance and onboarding- Contract management for current contractors including payment schedules and extensions- Day to Day operational management which includes reviews of staff performance, onboarding of new starts and team performance tracking - Client engagement and stakeholder management- Internal recruitment and training of all new team members. I am also undertaking a part-time Masters degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Napier. My current Modules include The Organisational Context of HR and People and Organisational Development.
