Responsible for UX, UI design and research, combining human-centred design methodologies within an agile process with the aim of revolutionising B2B payments for Italian and European Small and Medium Enterprises by developing a SaaS platform to provide \"Buy Now, Pay Later\"(BNPL) payment solution. This platform allows suppliers to offer their customers flexible payment options, such as installment plans or deferred payments. The service is adaptable to different sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, physical retail shops and remote transactions via payment links.Here are my main activities- Creating and overseeing all UX and UI deliverables by providing clear and thoughtful design feedback to two other internal designers and external vendors- Defining a CRO plan based on insights from UX research and data analysis, with measurable business impact- Collaboration with stakeholders to develop new products and address real problems for both customers and internal teams, significantly impacting the business- Development of design systems and UX guidelines- Defining activities, effort and duration of new projects- Recruiting and training new design team members
