Hi, I\'m Sarah.I\'m an experienced executive coach and coach supervisor with a passion for meaningful conversations. When you feel understood, heard and respectfully challenged, the path ahead becomes clearer. A path you can tread confidently, staying true to your values and core strengths. This is where positive change happens.I work with high achievers navigating transitions, leaders working through complexity and driving change, and coaches looking to grow and deepen their practice. My approach blends behavioural science and reflective practice with warm, intuitive presence, for a calm, grounded, thoughtfully challenging conversation. After working with me my clients have clarity and understanding, resulting in confident choices and purposeful action. And who am I? Well, I’m a bit like my clients! I work hard and am dedicated to being the best coach and supervisor I can be. I have an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Senior Practitioner and accredited supervisor with the EMCC, master Strengthscope practitioner, Inclusive Leader assessor, MBTI and Hogan practitioner, a published author of \'Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Coaching\' and ex-lecturer in coaching at Henley Business School. Before STRIDE, I spent a decade leading business change in complex organisations, which keeps my work practical, grounded and real.I’m a very proud wife and mother of two amazing kids. I’ve learned that taking care of my mind and my body helps me to stay afloat so I exercise often and love to be in nature.
