View department →

Cambridge, GB

My role is to partner organisations to grow their leadership capability, as individuals, teams, functions and businesses. One area of focus is on building awareness and supporting organisations to improve their inclusivity and the development of women leaders world-wide through the design and delivery of Realise: Women\'s Leadership Programme. It\'s a privilege to continue to be a member of The Oxford Group and City and Guilds where our emphasis is on investing our surplus into the communities around us. Let me know if I can be of support or if you would like to explore your own or your organisations needs - I\'m always open to connection and conversation and the quality I bring, is the space and safety to do this.

ABOUT JANE AUBRIET-BEAUSIRE

With twenty five years of experience in human resources and talent development gained in multinationals, business schools, small businesses and consulting firms in the UK, Switzerland & France, I\'m delighted to be an Associate Director in Leadership and Executive Coaching at The Oxford Group, as well as to have set up my own firm, AIO Resources. In all these spaces, I am dedicated to helping individuals & organizations find courage, inspiration and initiative to succeed in tough business climates. I have a particular interest in sustainable business, mindfulness, inclusion and the development of HR and L&D professionals. My focus is on helping talent recognize and develop critical skills, resources & aspirations they might not be aware of, particularly as they hold or transition into leadership roles. Having lived and worked in Mexico, New Zealand, France, the UK, Switzerland and Sweden, as well as having worked with many global executives, I am personally very sensitive to working with individuals from different cultures. Today I support global organisations to define, design and deliver their leadership, talent development and executive coaching programs. My interest is in authentic leadership and how important it for leaders to focus on \'being\' as much as \'doing\' in order to accompany deep change and transformation. I also believe that it\'s the generations coming through from many different backgrounds, that bring the insights, energy and resources to find new ways of being and doing - the question is whether we will listen and create the conditions needed for them to flourish? Finally, the name āio means calm & serenity in maori, a tradition that I have great respect for as a New Zealander. My aim is to offer my clients a space for peace, calm and serenity within which they can reflect, grow and if needed, gather their resources … Specialties: Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Leadership Development, Personal Development, International Career Management, MBA Career Management, International Mobility, Global Talent Management
