Leading the directorate responsible for the delivery of public transport operations across South Yorkshire. · Developing, and implement multi-year policy and strategy plans to support the evolving needs of the public transport network in South Yorkshire, enabling over 65 million bus journeys, 8 million tram journeys and 5 million rail journeys per year. · Delivering customer-focussed services which facilitate the effective use of the region’s public transport network, connecting people and places to drive economic benefit. · Ensuring that all services are delivered with the Health and Safety of passengers and the public as its primary objective. · Managing a directorate-wide revenue budget of around £51 million per annum.
