ABOUT LAWRENCE SANDS
Lawrence (Larry) is an attorney and business executive with more than 30 years of experience in law and business development, often with P&L responsibility. He was one of the founders of InterCloud Systems Inc; a single source provider of IT and teleco solutions to enterprises and services providers, through Cloud platforms and professional services. Between 2011 and 2014 he helped orchestrate 7 strategic acquisitions for InterCloud, helping to grow its top line revenue from $1 Million to over $80 Million. Lawrence was instrumental in InterCloud\'s up-listing to the NASDAQ exchange in October, 2013 as well as several private and public debt and equity financings. In 2021 he lead a sponsor group for a $115 Million SPAC called Digital Health Acquisition Corp.(NASDAQ:DHAC). Previously he was associated with such major law firms as Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim and Ballon and Fried Frank Harris Shriver and Jacobson. After relocating to South Florida in Lawrence became a Director for Airport Relations for National Car Rental; supervising over 50 airport concessions in the Southeast. Lawrence received his bachelors degree from New York University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in 1985.
