Results-focused insurance industry professional adept at communications, public speaking, risk management and talent retention strategy. I enjoy effectively working with insurance and employee benefits - the complex landscape, with ever-moving and ever-changing components that have real and personal implications for the people who my clients care about – their employees. Compelling and empowering my clients’ employees to learn how to consume benefits and healthcare conscientiously as an aggregated means of risk mitigation is where I thrive.
