ABOUT LAUREN TUREK
I have 10+ years of leadership development experience, with expertise in facilitation, communications, and executive recruitment. As a member of Citi\'s Leadership Development team, I launched and facilitate our portfolio of Professional Development programs across EMEA. Before joining Citi, I spent nearly 8 years at Google, where I most recently managed executive and internal communications for the 400+ person EMEA Recruiting organization. I originally joined Google’s in-house Executive Recruiting team in the US, advising senior executives on talent markets and leadership hiring. I\'m energized by designing and facilitating creative learning experiences that accelerate positive change for companies, teams, and employees. As someone with significant hearing loss, I’m especially passionate about creating inclusive workplaces that support people with disabilities. I earned my B.A. in Political Communication from George Washington University, and am a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Outside of work, I love creative writing, music production, reading, podcasts, and traveling.
